With exception of STEPHAN who was extremely rude and unprofessional, the rest of the staff was great.

We had leakage problem, which created terrible noise during the night, couldn't sleep even night reception came to look. Next morning we went to ask for a solution and STEPHAN told us, 2 professionall...
