  • 🧢Requirement to buy a swimming cap to use the pool
  • 🚗Hotel is far from central locations and requires own transport
  • 🚧Safety concerns on the 26th floor due to dark corridors
  • 👔Limited English knowledge of bartenders
  • 🧳No iron or ironing board provided in the room
  • 🥣Poor food safety experience with a fly found in the noodle soup
  • 🍽️Lack of variety and quality in the simplified breakfast
  • 🔒Closure of the concierge lounge due to COVID-19
  • 🏨Service was lacking despite the beautiful facilities
